I just want to take this opportunity to write this letter to thank you for all the kindness and hospitality that you and your staff at Signature Suites have shown me over the last two years. I feel I have become part of the family of happy guests that use Signature Suites. Setting up a new company far from home in Massachusetts has been a challenge. I have had to spend long weeks away from my family. Because I do not sleep well in Hotels, it was a wonderful surprise to find Signature Suites. It became my home away from home. Thank you my friends for making me fell at home and making sure I was always comfortable.

Our rates are all inclusive of utilities, unlimited high speed internet, television, light bi-weekly housekeeping and linen service, parking, snow removal and yard maintenance.

My name is Benoit Tanguay and I am vice-president of Decast Ltd. a company located a few kilometers west of Barrie. I live in Montreal but I have been working four days a week in Utopia for the last nine (9) years. Being away from home so much can be difficult but Signature Suites made if very easy for me. They always provided first class accommodations and helped me in many ways to make these last nine years very pleasant. My daughter jointed me in a few Summers for a student job at Decast and the people of Signature Suites made it very pleasant for her to spend all this time by herself away from home.
