I was remiss in not writing you yesterday to thank you for working so hard to accommodate my move on Sunday. Your extra effort in bringing in the fresh flowers was over the top and I appreciate it. They are most welcoming, especially at this time of year. I immediately fell into the comfort of the room almost as if I had spent time there once before. I truly wish I had found your place many moons ago.

You are all so great to deal with. You were all so welcoming and friendly. I was in a bit of a panic when I first contacted you and right from the get go you made me feel at ease. From dealing with you via email, meeting Susan the first time and especially meeting you all, it was simply wonderful and comforting.
